As a former film maker, art installer, costume designer, forgery specialist (we all gotta start somewhere), design is where my history converges to to add value. I’m invested in its ability to tell cross cultural narratives in order to connect people, and as a multidisciplinary creative, my recent work has seen me pursuing motion and film, branding, and art direction opportunities involving activation and strategy. Originally from Toronto, currently I’m residing in Montreal, and the last few years has seen me through incredible places like Hong Kong, Korea, and Japan, where brands and activation are completely different monsters that change to adapt to the social climate.
With a background in film production and graphic design, my work is heavily based in kinetic type and motion graphics, and illustration. Recent projects I’ve worked on have been video and branding work for UltraSuperNew K.K., exhibition design at the studio of the Art Gallery of Ontario, Art direction and publication design for Existere—Journal for Arts and Literature, and art direction for Adopt4Life. Some weekends, I’m a fencing referee.
Let’s grab a coffee! Or take a look at my CV.
